Meet my best friend again for 2 years.

Studying abroad has been one of the most exciting but also challenging experiences in my life. Being away from home means learning to be independent, but it also means missing the people who matter most.

During winter break, I finally had the chance to meet my best friend again. She studies in a different country, and we had not seen each other in almost two years. When we saw each other at the airport, it felt like no time had passed at all.

We decided to spend the whole day together. We went to a photobooth and took so many silly pictures, making funny faces and laughing at how awkward we looked. Then we had Korean food and talked for hours about everything that had happened in our lives. Later, we went to karaoke and sang our favorite songs at the top of our lungs, not caring if we were off-key. We even went back to the photobooth again because one round of pictures was not enough.

It was such a simple day, but it meant so much to me. Even though we study in different places and live different lives now, our friendship still feels the same. I really hope I can see her again soon.
