Bands helps with Homecoming American Football Game Night!

Hii! I am joining the school band this year, and I am really excited to bring fantastic and spiritual songs to our listeners!

This year, our Village School band is honored to perform during the American game between The Village School and another team. I have been working hard on many pieces—focusing on smoothness, tone, and expressive spirit—so that we can bring everyone a tremendous musical experience. Our song list includes APT by Rosé + Bruno Mars, The Seven Arm, our Village fight songs, and more.

Initially, I joined the band because of my passion for music, particularly the trumpet. But through this experience, I’ve gained so much more. I’ve made new friends, built strong relationships, and developed teamwork skills through countless rehearsals. The band has also taught me patience—because music is not just about picking up a sheet and playing immediately. It’s about the long process of practicing the notes, refining the tone, and finding the right speed until everything comes together.

I’m grateful for how much I’ve grown already, and I’m looking forward to sharing this passion with everyone at our performances this year! 🎶
