Real-World Lessons on Business Expansion and Operations

Yesterday, I had a really cool experience. I joined my dad for a business meeting with the owner of Americano, who is currently renting a piece of land from my dad to open a “cafe with great food” concept. As it turned out, he’s a top executive who manages Dien May Xanh and especially Bach Hoa Xanh.

What made the meeting even better was meeting his inner circle—his Head of Design, Head of Construction, and Head of Real Estate. Listening to their partnership discussions with my dad opened my eyes to so much. I learned a ton about the reality of expanding new branches and the unexpected operational challenges that businesses actually face. It was such a valuable real-world lesson for me.
